We have two offices available to let at one of our Padiham business centres, Group First House.

Shuttleworth Mead business park is home to two of our centres, Ribble Court and Group First House. While Ribble Court is now fully tenanted, we are delighted to introduce two new suites to the market at Group First House.

The ground floor of Group First House is used as the head office for Business First. The first and second floors of this prestigious commercial property are leased out to a variety of other businesses.

Offices to let

Office suites currently available at Group First House in Padiham are sized at 850 sq ft and 1200 sq ft.

An 850 sq ft office space is suitable for up to 10 people. A 1200 sq ft suite can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 15 workstations.

For the 1200 sq ft space, there is an option to lease the office fully furnished. The cost to rent the furniture will be £500 plus VAT, in addition to rental costs. The furniture currently in place is stylish and modern, and offers a great solution for companies looking for a move-in ready office, to avoid the hassle of sourcing, hiring or purchasing office furniture.

However, for businesses who wish to use their own furniture or source new items, we can of course offer this suite as an unfurnished office space.

As with all Business First offices, tenants have the freedom to adapt and change their suites to suit their business needs. Every company is different, so we give our tenants the liberty to put their own personal stamp on their space.

Group First House first opened its doors in 2014. The building was renovated to the highest spec to become the head office of Group First, our parent company. Group First is responsible for developing commercial property for Business First, Store First and Park First.
