The duration selected does not change the price offered, it simply gives us an idea of how long you will be with us.A 50% discount is applied for your first three months. After three months, full prices will be applicable. A deposit of one month's rent is payable to reserve your space.No fixed contracts apply and there is no minimum term to sign up to a Business First workspace. You will simply be required to sign a rolling contract which can be cancelled with a one month notice period at any time.
