If so, good news - we have launched a search for two apprentices to join our growing team!

The two successful candidates will work alongside our centre managers in Burnley and Liverpool. They will take care of the daily running of our business centres and look after the needs of our tenants.

Burnley and Liverpool are two of our most bustling centres. This means our centre managers are in demand! By welcoming two apprentices onto our team, our centre managers will be free to attend networking, organise events, go to management meetings and generally oversee centre the running of the centre.

What will our apprentices be required to do?

The two business centre apprentices, for Burnley and Liverpool, will be responsible for maintaining the high standard of our business centres. This will include the upkeep of communal areas, like building entrances, receptions, lifts, lobbies, corridors, meeting rooms and car parks.

Apprentices will work with our centre managers to carry out viewings to potential tenants, showing them all of centres have to offer. To do this, they will need to quickly understand our facilities and lease terms.

Tenancy agreements and invoicing will also form part of the apprentices' role. In fact, they will handle many of the admin duties required to support our centre managers.

Each of our centres has its own tenant information pack. Apprentices will help to maintain this and update it when needed.

There will be a host of other admin and maintenance duties the apprentices will carry out.

What sort of person will suit the role?

The right candidates will be smart, polite and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.

They will have an appetite to learn how our centres run and support our managers in any way required.

With the right training and the support of our team, we are confident the right apprentices will thrive in the role of business centre management and contribute significantly to the smooth and professional running of our centres.
