Choose from a monthly rolling contract at £135+VAT per month or a pay as you go day rate of £15+VAT per day.

The monthly rolling contract price option works out at just £4.50 per day, so it's a really affordable option if you're just starting out but want to separate your home and business life.

Better still, your first pay as you go session is absolutely free!

What are the benefits of a Business First hotpod?

Hotpod users are a valued part of our business community, so they enjoy all of the benefits of our office space tenants. This includes free boardroom and training room hire, use of kitchens, showers and bathrooms, free WiFi and delivery acceptance.

There is free parking available at our Burnley business centre.
