What does your business do?

Corndel is a specialist in Levy-funded Leadership and Management training for first-line and mid-senior managers and has recently announced our strategic partnership with the Chartered Management Institue (CMI), who have recognised our material and delivery as the highest quality currently available under the Apprenticeship Levy. CMI, who will be awarding Corndel ‘Exemplar Status’ next month, has also asked to use Corndel as a ‘best practice’ case study for other training providers on how to most effectively use Levy-funded management training to support organisations and managers.

Corndel are proud to support a number of clients such as British Heart Foundation, G4S, ASDA, Regus, ICBC Bank, NCP, Mastercard and Nomad Foods (BirdsEye), who join our growing client list alongside a number of high-street retailers, dealerships and manufacturers, sports and formula one teams, charities, restaurants and bars, financial services and healthcare providers.

All Corndel management programmes are aligned to your organisational needs, providing 1-2-1 executive coaching and tailored workshops, as well as being accredited by the Charted Management Institute (CMI). In addition to becoming CMI-accredited upon completion, managers gain full CMI membership for the duration of the programme and access to all the resources and support and subsidised for the following 24 months.
