We sat down with Lesley Pierce, Director of Nutriheal Training Ltd, to find out more.

What does Nutriheal Training Ltd do?

“Nutriheal provides practitioner development training courses in nutrition. Our courses are ideal for everyone and anyone who would like to explore the field of nutrition from a truly healing perspective. If you wish to heal yourself, develop the skills required to facilitate others in their healing process, or simply expand a long-standing interest in nutrition and healing, then this course is perfect for you.”

How did you hear about Business First offices in Liverpool?

“On Google, actually.

“We were looking for new premises for our head office, and saw Business First, Liverpool when we searched for local office space in Google. We came and viewed the business centre, and loved it. So, we moved in.”

Why did you decide to operate your business from Business First’s offices in Liverpool?

“When we came for our viewing, we were really impressed by the standard of the facilities, the amount of free parking, it’s a great location, with really easy access to south Liverpool and the motorway, and to top all of that off, the rent is remarkably reasonable.”

How long have you been at Business First, Liverpool and how big is your office?

“We’ve been here since August 2012, we have a 250 sq ft office, and we couldn’t be happier. Our office here at Business First, Liverpool is fantastic, the sense of community in the centre is a real bonus, and Jen, the Business Centre Manager, is always on hand to help us with anything and everything.”

What benefits do you get from operating from Business First?

“The offices are lovely, well-kept and always clean. The building itself is very modern and provides us with a very professional visage for our business. Business First, Liverpool helps us provide a fantastic first impression.

“In addition, there is loads of free, on-site parking, which is always helpful, – for both us and our students – we have access to conference rooms that we can use whenever we need to, and there are always brilliant networking events taking place in the centre, too.”

Do you use the free facilities at Business First?

“Yes, we use the conference rooms regularly. We, of course, make use of the excellent free parking, and we use the lovely, clean and tidy kitchens and other facilities pretty much every day, too.”

How has Business First helped you to run your business successfully?

“Both our office and the building itself are excellently, and professionally presented – which in turn helps present an excellent appearance for our business. Being near the motorway, it’s easy for our students to reach.

“And also, if we ever need any help with anything, Jen is really polite, positive and happy to help us. We’re really confident, not only in the service that Business First provides, but also in the relationship we have with our centre manager, Jen.”

What would you say is the best thing that Business First has done for your business?

“In all honesty, although the offices we have and the free facilities that we get to use are amazing, well presented and well maintained, if we had to pick just one thing, it would probably be the fact that, unlike a lot of other business centres and offices in Liverpool, Business First don’t increase the rent dramatically every year. Our rent is really reasonable and we’re confident that it will remain so.”

And finally, would you recommend Business First’s offices in Liverpool to other SMEs?

“Without a shadow of a doubt, we definitely would. It’s an absolutely brilliant place to run our business from!”
